Generated documents require review.

Demand letters, filing documents, instructions, and evidence packets are generated from user-provided information, uploaded materials, document extraction, state-rule references, and AI output. They may contain mistakes, missing facts, outdated rule references, formatting issues, or unsupported assumptions. Review every page before using it.

No outcome or acceptance guarantee.

Judges decide cases based on facts, evidence, procedure, local rules, and applicable law. We do not predict or guarantee any result, settlement, judgment, filing acceptance, service acceptance, or court approval of any document.

Local rules remain your responsibility.

Small claims limits, forms, filing fees, service requirements, venue rules, evidence rules, and procedures vary by state and by county. Where we include state-specific notes, they are general references for preparation and may not reflect every local rule or later court update.

Sensitive or complex disputes.

SmallClaims is designed for document preparation in ordinary small claims matters. Disputes involving injury, eviction, criminal allegations, bankruptcy, immigration, family law, government benefits, business dissolution, injunctions, major counterclaims, or unusually high stakes may require analysis outside the scope of this service.

Private links and evidence handling.

Your case link is private and should be treated like a password. Anyone with a valid access link can open the related case page. If a link is shared or exposed, rotate it from the customer portal. Uploaded evidence is stored privately and downloads are served through server-generated signed URLs.
